Monsters, Inc. maquettes

How about some nice lady giving us her corporate passes for FREE DOLLARS. Shweet! The highlights of the exhibit was definitely the Zoetrope and the concept art for various characters, although the maquettes were pretty amazing, too. Before we made it to the Museum of Modern Art we happened to chance upon another hole-in-the-wall joint called The Primeburger. Apparently it made the James Beard Foundation award for one of America's Classic Eateries in 2004. THIS was definitely a hole-in-the-wall in the best sense. You can sit at the counter or at one of the makeshift "TV Tray" seats and have a burger with onions rings and a coke for about $7. Nothing fancy, but definitely good. Hell if it was good enough For Sarah Jessica Parker, it's good enough for us.
