A couple of hours later we met up with Derek and crew and made our way back to midtown to take everyone out for dessert that served this great cheesecake across from our hotel. It was great to chat. Before thois trip I had never met my Uncle Bong’s kids so it was funny to tell them stories about when my siblings and I were younger and how we thought their dad was the coolest. Also funny that Uncle Bong apparently has a resemblance to Jackie Chan. Haha!

Before we knew it out trip was over. We said our goodbyes and headed back upstairs to hit the hay before our early flight the next morning home to Orlando. Happy Birthday, El!
