Joe and Lalaine wanted to represent both cultures and created a menu of traditional Italian and Filipino foods for dinner: Roasted Whole Pig (Lechon), Chicken Adobo, Cheese-filled Rolatini, Lumpia (filipino eggrolls), and an array of other dishes and native desserts. Even the Cannoli wedding cake was a beautiful change to a traditional cake. Plenty of booze ensured a great night and I made sure to be properly lubricated.
