Chalk Art Festival

There was also a sidewalk chalkart competiton to raise money for a local charity (is that accurate, Tommy?). This is one of the standouts for me. The theme this year was sports and leisure. This team had a great looking high contrast piece. Dirty work, but the end result was fantastic.

Hey! I found some pictures of this year's chalf festival in Lake Eola. Actually, if you look at the picture of the kids doing the picture of the 2 boxers, I'm the girl that was um.. drawing? the guy's back towards the left.. It's really cool to find pictures of the event online, and to find something that i did as well!! It makes me really happy.. I should keep this short, but did you participate as well?

Hi Meriana - you guys did some great work this year. I haven't worked in pastels and conte in a long time (well since I left art school) and every year I wanted to, but circumstances always work otehrwise. My friends Tommy and Lyndsey do it every year and this year I am going to do what can to join in next year. How'd you guys make out with awards?
