After finally catching to correct train we made our way back to the hotel to call Uncle Ernie for some eats. Unfortunately, all the girls were still stuffed from a mini family reunion in Jersey to join in. Derek and Uncle Ernie picked out a great spot closer to them called Minado. I hate buffets. Sneezeguards and picked over food is not my idea of an enjoyable time. Not so with this place. I can’t even describe the various dishes all of which are beautifully presented. The place was packed and rightfully so. After chowing down we took a drive to Uncle Ernie’s crib to say hello to the rest of the family.
