Some of the dishes El and I put together for our last dinner together included: pistachio crusted Pacific Basa with a ber blanc sauce, whole Red Snapper marinated in citrus juices, stir fried veggies and fresh made Leche Flan. Mmmmm! We're definitely a family that appreciates cooking great food.
